The other day I went to grab something from the freezer when I realized I have way too many frozen bananas to the point where my whole freezer smelt like bananas and all the food coming from that freezer tasted like BANANAS. It was driving me crazy, but instead of getting frustrated and throwing everything out I decided to make some delicious banana bread.
This recipe is incredibly easy and doesn’t call for any weird vegan substitutes, so you should have everything in your pantry. It’s a quick recipe to whip together, the only thing that isn’t easy about this recipe is waiting for the bread to bake. ha ha ha…
Anyway, try this recipe out. You won’t regret it! It will probably become one of your favourite go to recipes, due to its simplicity and scrumptious flavour.
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup oil (any kind works)
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips

2.) In a mixing bowl combine mashed bananas, oil, dairy free milk and vanilla.
3.) In a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking soda and salt.
4.) Add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stir until combined. DO NOT OVER MIX.
5.) Fold in chocolate chips.
